County Broadband, UK rural fibre broadband provider, said that its hyperfast full-fibre network is now live for thousands of premises in rural Essex.
The network is now live for households and businesses in Eight Ash Green, Aldham and Dale Close in Stanway near Colchester, with speeds of up to 1 Gbps.
County Broadband’s network roll-out is funded by a GBP 46 million investment from Aviva Investors. It is also currently rolling out networks in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, aiming to cover 20,000 premises across the East of England by end-2020.
