Samsung supplied half the memories in smartphones in Q1, reports Strategy Analytics.

Samsung, Hynix and Micron took almost 84% of the revenue from smartphone memory market in Q1 2020.
Samsung had 44% of the NAND revenues from smartphones followed by Kioxia with 21% and Hynix with 16%.
While Q1 NAND smartphone revenue grew 4% y-o-y, Q1 DRAM smartphone revenue declined 4% y-o-y.
Samsung had 55% of the snartphone DRAM market in Q1 with Hynix taking 25% and Micron 19%.
