How to reset a Sky Broadband Wi-Fi password to default:
Please note how changing your Sky Broadband password will disconnect all your devices from your hub.
You will consequently need to re-enter the password for each internet-connected device.
Any other hub settings you have changed will also be reset, including the password used to log in to your Sky Broadband hub.
Press and hold Reset for at least five seconds on your Sky Broadband hub.
Now wait a few minutes for your hub to start up again.
Then your network name and its password will be reset to the ones found on the back or bottom of your Sky Broadband hub.
Finally, reconnect all your devices to your Wi-Fi and you ready to go.
